"The staff was extremely pleasant. The rooms were quiet and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The free continental breakfast was amazing, especially the omlete station. The common areas are beautiful. The lake in front of the hotel has a wonderful walkway and park area. I only have one suggestion, upgrade the paper goods ( tissues, toilet paper and napkins). Everything else is high quality."

"AC was super loud hard to sleep. Also had a queen size bed, but turned out to be more like a full. So not too comfortable, but gets the job done when you need it."

"Our stay at the Hilton was extremely disappointing! We had to have maintenance to the room three times to repair safe issues and light issues. On the final day of our stay the room was not serviced despite the room being vacant from 10am until 7:30pm. We called the front desk and it took about 10 minutes of letting the phone ring before it was answered. We were told there were other customers which was why it took so long to answer the phone. That was an outright lie as we had just come from the lobby not two minutes earlier and there were no customers in the lobby or at the front desk. The night manager, with whom we spoke, was rude and attempted to blame the room not being serviced on the fact that we had the privacy sign on our door until we departed that morning at 10am!! It seems reasonable that one would have the privacy sign on the door while the room is occupied yet customer service had the entire day from 10am to service the room which was not done!! I’m very disappointed with the service at this Hilton and the demeanor of the personnel and will certainly keep this in mind when seeking hotels in the future!!"

"The room and property were filthy beyond belief. Bugs that I can only imagine are bedbugs were all over the bed, clumps of hair in the shower, roaches in corners of the room, and plenty of other cleanliness issues, such as stains. The property is unkept and feels very unsafe from the moment you arrive. My partner and I had to leave after less than an hour in the room to another hotel across town that was much more expensive than what we anticipated on spending. We keep our expectations for most hotels low, but this was absolutely such a negative experience for us. We are fighting for a refund from the Days Inn, with little to no hope that we will receive it. Upon speaking on the phone with an employee from the property, they immediately told me no manager was on site and proceeded to hang up on me when I was asking more questions. We are not hard people to please, but this experience has been beyond frustrating for guests who spend their hard earned money to get a proper hotel stay. This is a truly unfortunate way of running a business that involves the health and safety of your guests. "
