"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and have always had a great stay. My room smelled like a wet dirty sock. I opened the windows and turned up the fans. That somewhat helped. I mentioned it to the manager and she said they would deodorize the room. I didn’t notice a difference. Manager said she was unable to comp me anything towards the room since I booked it through this 3rd party."
"I should have followed my instincts the very second we pulled in. The outside was filthy, weeds we’re growing knee high. The roof had a tarp covering an area and it looked like a new roof is very much needed. The lobby was clean somewhat presentable however walking into our room the stench of mildew and mold was unbearable! We had no other choice so we stayed. We packed up and showered at our sons hotel the next day. I highly highly recommend AmericInn take a deep dive into this property for your name sake at least! We will never book online again."
"Excellent location. Friendly staff. Rooms a bit worn here and there. Very good breakfast. Like the 24/7 coffee bar and afternoon snacks. Fun to have Irish pub attached."
"From the pictures, I could tell that this place would be nice. And I wasn't disappointed. The pool was big. The hot tub was nice. The gym room was right nearby. The pool had wide windows so you don't feel like you're in a tight indoor pool. There is also a deck on the side of the pool. It overlooked bushes, so it felt nice sitting there. The lobby area was nice with comfortable chairs. Staff was very nice. Rooms were modern. I appreciated that there were many outlets.
They had a nice bar, and while I didn't go in, I saw several people enjoying the end of their day there.
The one issue I had was the breakfast. They offered potatoes, but sausages were mixed in. That was not nice since I don't eat red meat. Nothing wrong with offering just potatoes, please."
"Staff was nice. Easy to park. Room seemed clean however kind of smelled like pet(s) had previously stayed in it. 7 min drive to downtown restaurants and shops."
