"Wonderful welcome and kind service. The suite was so comfortable with separate lounge and dining area. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge! Loved the location and exceptional service from the bell desk in assisting with luggage. "

"Unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced, particularly when contrasted with the misleading positive reviews online. The hallways were very dim with odd blue lighting, the walls were stained, and the room had a strong musty smell. We even saw cockroaches during our short stay. The sheets appeared dirty, the shower barely worked with only lukewarm water, and not even the basic necessities of toilet paper and soap were provided. Thankfully we were only there for about 6 hours, but I would not recommend this place."

"We stayed here for a visit to the Taj Mahal. Unfortunately the room booked was very dirty and cleanliness was an issue. Dirty pillow covers and bathroom. We reported immediately and cleaners were sent, however this wasn't a great first impression. Eventually our room was changed to a bigger cleaner room with a view of the Taj Mahal, which was a nice gesture. If visiting the Taj Mahal it's a convenient location and only 5mins ride in a rickshaw. "

"The restaurant in the second floor needs a major update. The chairs are very dirty. The carpets in our room was dirty as well. In general the hotel is semi clean, there are a lot of parts that you can tell they have not clean for a long time. Like the floors and doors in the elevators. Our room was very clean except for the carpet, but the staff is very nice and helpful. "
