The staff are exceptionally helpful and nice ! They really go out of their ways to make you feel at home ! The hotel was recently renovated so it is new and I saw the staffs always cleaning , It has big hot tub I saw guests went in there but not swimming pool size . On site free laundry machine is very convenient too. Complimentary breakfast has a good selection of fresh dishes and nice dining area. The hotel is like ten minutes from Cho Ben Thanh The location is very safe and quiet at night. I would stay there again and family enjoyed our stay .

Very good location in D1, staff were very helpful and friendly. We found a cockroach in our room which wasn’t ideal. There was only lift for the hotel which was a bit inconvenient at times.

The staff from the front desk to the doorman to the servers and hostess in the sky lounge, the staff was amazing, kind and considerate. The breakfast was always very and delicious offering both Eastern and western style foods. The rooms were immaculate, and the cleaning staff were incredibly attentive and the air-conditioning could be adjusted to make the room feel as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend anyone coming to Ho Chi Minh City to book a room at this amazing hotel.
