"The first room they had us in was very outdated, the AC didn’t work and the bed was rock hard. We were staying for 9 nights. After the first night I went down to the front desk and asked for a room change. They showed me three other rooms and we decided to pay more and upgrade to a pool side bungalow type room with doors to the pool, and doors to the back of the room. That room was much better. The AC worked and they added a cushion to the bed to make it more comfortable. I would recommend paying extra for the ground floor pool access room. Breakfast was nice. Good selection of fruit and eggs. Their coffee machine at breakfast was nice"
