"A brilliant stay. My luggage wasn't put on the plane due to an issue at Heathrow and the staff told me where I could buy clothes in Kutaisi (not many options), let me do some laundry and WhatsApped me when the airport contacted them about my luggage."

"A small hotel located in the city centre. The location is a huge plus, staff was friendly, our room was huge, breakfast was good. However, the interiors are getting old and should be renovated as well as the rooms. Soundproofing should also be worked on because we could hear everything from the neighboring room."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent โ only about a 6โ7 minute walk to the city center, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was included, and although the selection was not extremely large, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we had a very pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future."

"Once at the location, it was very nice, clean & pleasant. Very hard to find, as Google Maps or MAPS.ME will not take you to thr address. Hard to find reception as not in front building & no signs. Breakfast was good & beds were nice 8 clean. "

The rooms were clean and comfortable with everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Kutaisi."
