"My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. "If you are in a big group, if you want to cook and if you want a cozy private pool, it is a great place to stay. It is better to buy drinking water and food before reaching to the house. TESCO LOTUS is near by so you may ask airport taxi driver to stop by if you are coming from airport. Pictures on the booking page was precise. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen utinciles were enough. "Villa surrounding was secluded. Difficult to get grab as there is no address to the Villa. Luckily the is a hotel across the road where we can eat. If not you will only have the 7-11 outside. There is a massive black out a few hours before we check out to sum up our holiday. "

"This hotel had bedbugs. We had a reservation in the 3br suite and around 11pm discovered there were bedbugs infested in all 3 rooms. I struggled with posting this review because all of the the staff are so nice but I see the room is available for reservation again and it was a total nightmare to discover this and deal with sanitizing our things and finding a new place to stay in the middle of the night.
