Lovely place to stay, could do with refurbishment But don't let it put you off, very clean, staff were polite and helpful, the steak restaurant was the best ive been to in a very long time, delicious 😋

Great Staff
Parking close to enterance a bit of a problem, but staff very helpful & looked after me. Larger signage to show turn into hotel required. Room old, but bed large & comfortable. Breaky fair, more options would improve.

The Kosa hotel needs a lot of attention if they want to accommodate the western traveller. The bathroom does not have hot water connected to vanities making it difficult for shaving. There is no safe in the room for safekeeping so valuables had to be with us at all times. Some items of clothing went missing from our room. The staff at breakfast, in particular the man at the egg station, were rude and should not be working in a close contact position. Overall, we would not recommend the Kosa Hotel under its current state of affairs….. Very disappointed.

Property is nicely situated but sad due to ongoing building work noise next door which goes well into the night. Trying to get a meter taxi at the hotel is like winning the lottery

The hotel could need a renovation as it's old and the room air conditioner was noisy. The staff was very friendly and the location is good near restaurants and bars. Booked 2 nights but had to check out the second night and management was considerate and refunded the second night. Overall, for the price it's worth the stay.

Faded, cheap and empty.
This is a large hotel that I guess was built around thirty years ago and is still awaiting it's first refurbishment. Original carpets in the corridors and rooms tell their own unpleasant story. There were scuffs and stains on our bedroom wall. The windows that looked onto a wall opposite were stained with pigeon faeces. The pigeons themselves were occasional, noisy visitors on walls outside. For convenience sake I actually used this place twice. On the first occasion the phone wasn't working. A guy was sent to the room, did a few things and told us the phone would be working the following day when I was leaving. A week later I checked in again and weirdly was given he same room. Guess what? Yeah, the phone still wasn't working. That said the pool is great, the breakfasts very good, the prices reasonable and, as usual with Thai hotels, the staff are wonderful under trying circumstances.

Don't go to this hotel because of the shopping mall you are better off next to Big C. The hotel was tired and in need of modernisation. Deluxe Double Room maybe I got the wrong room. Breakfast was basic had better for 100 baht. Check out was easy and helpful

A lovely outdoor pool with very nice terrace surround for chill out at the pool. Live country style music every night , very good buffet breakfast in pleasant restaurant.

Great helpful staff but the breakfast is very bad. If you come after 9am everything is cold, they even just leave pre cooked fried eggs on the unheated counter. They can not understand to close the food display lids even.
