I used the guest laundry & the machines & room were clean & tidy. An Olive Garden is next door, or if you don't mind an easy stroll, restaurants & waterfront bars are approximately half a mile away. "

"2 weeks in advance we reseved a 1st floor room because being in our 70's stairs present a problem. When we arrived we were told if we wanted 1st floor we should have arrived earlier. The whole point of a reservation is to reserve (save it for me) a room that meets our needs. The room was clean but it was up a flight and a half of stairs. I use a cane to walk so we carried up the minimum items needed to get us thru the night. Parking was ok - no issues. Toilet is very close to the floor so that was an issue, too. Shower was good."

"I found this place online because I wanted a suite that had a separate bedroom from the livingroom area. It did not disappoint and the unit was clean and well appointed. Just be aware it is wonderful but it in not a full service hotel. These are owner condos that the management company rents out. That's not a bad thing but just know there is no resturant or room service to call on. It is a great building and a direct walk to the enormous silk sand beach with great shelling. On the path to it there is a beach bar that is part of another facility and can serve meals and drinks. Less than a 5 minute walk is some great resturants like Marco Steak & Seafood which we loved and several popular resturants as well. As the units are individually owned you may find the interiors different as the memory foam mattress was a bit soft for me but some may prefer it. I was warned prior that there was no pool access and I did not mind that but I failed to consider the construction noise and loud music during the rebuild so you might want to ask about a completion date if booking the full gulf view units. I highly recommend it but just know it is different from a full hotel experience."
