The personnel was very kind but lack of knowledge to resolve problems. And final shot, I put a claim an no any answer from customer department. I don´t think i would repeat. "

"We arrived in Poznan very early, so we contacted the owner and asked if we could check in early. They gave us an upgraded apartment and let us check in early at no extra cost. It was a lovely apartment right beside the main square. It was clean and a good size with a mezzanine sleeping area. We really loved it, especially the location. "
