Wyjazd z rodziną

Hotel znajduje się na przeciwko dworca PKP co dla jednych może być atutem, ale wiadomo, ze wokół dworca kręcą się tez różni ludzie. Obok hotelu jest deptak prowadzący do najważniejszych atrakcji Kielc oraz towarzyszących mu restauracji, lodziarni, kawiarni. Jest to niewątpliwy atut hotelu. Podczas naszego pobytu w hotelu było wesele. Pomimo pokoju na 2 pietrze było słychać bawiących się weselników. Parking dodatkowo płatny, na tyłach hotelu.

Po pobycie w hotelu mam mieszane uczucia. Niektóre Panie pracujące na recepcji bardzo miłe i pomocne, inne zupełnie nie powinny pracować w 4* hotelu. Śniadania czasem bardzo dobre (soki świeżo wyciskane i jajecznica robiona przez pana na oczach klientów), innego dnia zimny żurek i mały wybór (szczególnie po godzinie 9:30). Łóżka bardzo wygodne, w pokoju czysto, choć wykładziny wymagają odświeżenia.Plusem jest dobra lokalizacja.

This hotel places proceeds over safety

Was attacked in the middle of the night during a booking with Expedia. Requested a refund since I had to leave the city for safety reasons. The hotel refused to refund the additional nights I paid for but could not use due to safety concern.

Needs refurbishment

Hotel rooms are tired, carpets are old and stained, same with curtains, it also smelled of dust and mould, bathroom was much better, clean and moddern, towels were cheapest possible, thin and scratchy, aminities were not refilled, so what you get at night 1 that is it. Not a 4 star hotel.

Hotel znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, pokoje ładne i dobrze wyposażone, ale dopłata 45 zł/os za śniadanie oraz 25 zł/doba (5zł/1h) parking, podczas świąt gdzie z miejscem parkingowym nie ma najmniejszego , nie przystoi 4* hotelowi.

Hotel dość komfortowy, duża sieciówka "Best Western", ale obecnie nieco zaniedbany. Pustawo - w środku tygodnia bardzo niewielu gości. Przydałaby się poważniejsza renowacja, zarówno wewnątrz (pokoje, korytarze), jak i z zewnątrz budynku (elewacja). Miła obsługa, dość czysto. Parking wyłącznie płatny (w pobliżu brak miejsc do samodzielnego parkowania).

Fint hotell med märklig belysningsfilosofi

Centralt hotell med ok frukost. Serviceminded personal i receptionen som hjälpte oss med ett 3-bäddsrum trots att det var fullbokat. Stod att det var designerprodukter i badrummet - av dessa såg jag inget, endast refill av kombinerad duschtvål och shampo. Hotellet hade ett energispartänk(?) med belysning så på vissa ställen fungerade bara belysningen om någon rörde sig. I hotellkorridoren hann jag inte ens komma in i rummet innan korridoren släcktes och på toaletten i receptionen släcktes ljuset när man var på toaletten och satt still - lite märkligt.

The hotel is very conveniently located, across the street from the train station, around the corner from a major shopping street and close to the town center. The rooms are very outdated, but roomy and comfortable. The bathrooms seem to be recently renovated. It is a huge hotel and there were not many guests when I stayted in August. The first room I was assigned was down several long hallways that are automatically lit only about 20 feet at a time. It was rather frightening making the trip on my own. But, the desk clerk accommodated me and changed my room for one very close to the elevator. Breakfast was very good, in a very pleasant dining room. I had two dinners there that were excellent. I was told that the chef was local, but I thought he/she must have been trained abroad. Wi-fi dropped at times.

Smidigt att checka in. Rummet var fräscht och renligt, med stor fin dubbelsäng. Badrummet fint också, dock endast dusch. Minibar fanns på plats men kostar. Frukosten var utmärkt med mycket alternativ. Överlag en bra vistelse.

Net hotel direct bij het centrum. Hoewel Kielce geen touristische trekpleister is, is het centrum toch de moeite waard om te zien. Het hotel is verzorgd met nette bediening in alle gelederen. Prijzen zijn netjes voor een vier sterren hotel. Ruime kamers.

Der hoteleigene Parkplatz war gut zu finden und sauber Allgemein war das Hotel sehr schön Unser Aufenthalt war geschäftlich und nur kurz, aber die paar Studen auf dem Zimmer waren sehr angenehm Man höhrt die Stadtgeräuche nahezu gar nicht im Zimmer Das Zimmer war groß und sauber mit viel Konfort
