"Kruger Park Lodge in general is a very nice property. The property is very well kept, clean and well looked after. The facilities are great with the hippo hide where you can watch hippos safely as well as an extremely nice golf course on the property with impala walking on the course. "This is a nice property near Phabeni gate of Kruger National Park, which is just a 6 minute drive. Akani is a great host and if you need anything he will bend over backwards to help! You can park right next to your chalet, which is very helpful. - I personally hate lodges where you have to park a distance away! - There is a pub nearby that gets noisy at times, but if you run a fan it drowns out the noise. The property is very close to the main road and is very safe! "

"We arrived at the resort just after 5pm and was handed our keys with a map of where our unit was and a map of the various sites in the area. We noticed the shop was well stocked. When we got to our cabana, the unit was very clean, with a chocolate for each of us, some rusks and tea/coffee packs. The resort is very tranquil. It is close to every site in the lowveld. "

"The highlights of our stay here were the incredibly friendly staff and the generous food options. The service was akin to 5 star hotels - attentive, thoughtful and friendly. "The photos dont do this property justice. secluded and quite with the sabie river running along side the villas and restaurants its just paradise. We stayed in the family Villa and it was breathtaking. "We enjoyed our stay at this property however there were a couple of issues. When we tried to check in, we were told they had no record of our reservation via Expedia, so confirm before you arrive. Luckily the manager was home and we were able to stay there because there were rooms available. The rooms were nicely decorated and there was a pretty garden. There was some construction in the neighbourhood which was a bit noisy until 9pm. overall great value for money and we enjoyed our stay. "
