Okay stay, most could easily be fixed

It's an okay place but many small flaws that could easily be fixed... - Broken light bulbs - Broken oven handle - Flickering kitchen light - They didn't want to replace it - Flickering lights in the bed room - Resturant beneath - Smells of a lot of food if you open the windows. The floor gets warm from their ovens. - Good in the winter, bad in the summer or even in October. - Details in the shower cabin broken - Dirty floor in the whole apartment - Furniture beetles in the couch - Broken couch covered with pillows - Used kitchen sponge (why just not put a fresh one in for new guest?) - All the plates were different, all the silverware was different - Specifically asked about the internet speed. Was reassured it was good internet with good wifi. It was unstable and could max get about 30 mbit out. Only 2.4 ghz router with WiFi 4 (N standard). I had to buy another router during my stay to be able to work. - Previous guests broke one of the chairs. We were given a half-broken new chair If other guests break the apartment, make them pay for it. This does not give of a great impression for new guests. This place is also listed as a VIP apartment on their website. We definitely didn't get any VIP feeling there. You get what you pay for I suppose

I was picked up at the airport as requested, and punctually. Arrived the apartment, was shown how the keys worked, the appliances, and left to settle in. Any questions I had were answered promptly and I was thoroughly pleased with the accommodations. Only issues I had were due to my lack of competency in the native language, and figured out most of it myself through trial and error. Picked up for return ride to airport punctually, great place, great people.. Thank you Yurii and Sasha
