Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
In my over 20 years working booking via Expedia, I have never seen anything like I experienced with White Stone last night. They did not have my booking and were not expecting me. Long and short, I roamed outside for several hours into midnight and beyond, until I found a place. Lots of calls on international roaming, with taxi prices going up at midnight. Even Expedia could not help with a replacement Expedia, please refund my money writ to points used, thank you Whitestone must be deleted from Expedia list of Apartments
