"Nice welcome at the door from the gate and door staff but that's where the pleasantries ended. Reception somewhat indifferent, not at all helpful or welcoming. Room (ITC One) absolutely huge but feels dated. Marvellous views from the windows to the Mumbai skyline. Breakfast has good Indian and western choices in a dining room style. Good pool and gym. Irish bar on site and a couple of restaurants. Overall, very underwhelming and easily forgettable I'm afraid. Probably wouldn't return unless...
