"There are two onsen baths; one inside and one outside. The water in the open bath makes your silk feel silky and smooth. The buffet breakfast and dinner are of good quality with many varieties. The night shows are good entertainment at the hotel. We had a relaxing stay at the hotel."

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, just a block away from the train station, making it very easy to explore. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, and their attention to detail really stood out. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable place to stay!"

"The location is excellent, minutes walk to restaurants, shopping, Yubatake and Sainokawara Park. The room was spotless and the staff was so helpful. The on-site onsen (female side) was boiling hot! The only minor inconvenience was that cars were parked offsite so you needed to coordinate with staff each time you needed your vehicle."

"A lovely Japanese style accomodation. Refreshing to see that shoes are off limits at the property and they provide good lockers for the shoes. Private baths and onsens are available for a soak after a day out to explore. Breakfast is good too though the timings of breakfast are a tad early but best way to start the day ! :)"
