"A beautiful location and an ideal base to explore the west coast. Rooms were spacious, clean & beds very comfortable. Staff all very helpful & friendly and the food was great too. "Parking was easy and free. Staff within were not very professional. Getting food was terrible-very slow, not helpful and didn't care. Couldn't fathom check in rules as we couldn't get a room earlier yet a family member who had not arrived could....same type room. Crazy. I know it wasn't checkin time ..."
