"We had a wonderful stay at Hideaway Escapes. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They went out of their way to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was comfortable and the whole experience felt relaxed and well-organized. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The service was great, though my suggestion is that it is difficult to pair with an extended stay when you booked a short stay. The long-stay owners were extremely loud on the last day. Overall, a three-star from me, just because the service was good."

"Great stay. Beth was really helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Would book here again no question. The rooms are spacious and breakfast was very nice. Unfortunately the hotel wasn’t serving food in the evenings due to the coronavirus but the food from both the Hibernia pub and wavertree cafe was fantastic. "

"Lovely modern hotel with friendly staff.
We did not have breakfast there as we would not eat enough to cover the £15pp/per day cost.
Parking was free at a nearby car park, there is one parking bay outside the hotel to unload your luggage.
Housekeeping was the only negative as our toiletries were not replenished every day.
Also a shame there was no fridge in the room, but there was tea & coffee & a kettle.
Overall a lovely hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant, however there are also more bars & restaurants nearby, within walking distance, if you want cheaper options."
"Loved its location, just a short walk from the beach, although slightly steep. Free parking. We loved the hotel, although it appeared a little dated and maybe required some upkeep, it had great facilities and staff. It had a swimming pool, a pool table in a conservatory with tables. The rooms were great, we had the family studio and it had a large bedroom, great comfy bed, through which was a small kitchenette, with dining table and another 2 single beds and a fan. Couldn't fault the space. The only thing I would say is that if the curtains were blackout, we would have had a better sleep. We really liked it and would stay again"
"Great place to stay, fantastic view from our room, fabulous breakfast, will definitely return, room was clean and tidy, easy to find and great car parking"
"Excellent property, really friendly staff. Fantastic views. Found a few issues like the lights didn't work then we managed to get them working. Glass in bathroom over looked the main house and could be seen through (needs top of window screening) stuck towel over it. One one tea spoon at the breakfast table. Two chairs needed to watch TV only one provided.
Needed more flowers and generally prettying up. Could be so much nicer there."
