Good customer service. Reception /checkin was friendly and efficient. Hotel was pet friendly. Room was spacious , well furnished. Bathroom and vanity were remolded. Big screen TV with large selection of channels. Security lighting throughout the property which allowed for walking dog at night.

eclipse trip

We went to watch the eclipse. The service at the front desk was efficient and friendly. The manager opened the pool area for us to set up equipment for capturing the eclipse.

Our dog got killed because of hotel negligence

This hotel was advertised as pet friendly , however my girlfriend barely moved the bed and the headboard which was attached to the wall fell and killed our dog

Hold doesn't mean take the money

When arrived was told about a 50$ deposit hold and thought it would just be a hold but they actually took the money off my card and stated I would have to wait 3to 5 days to get it back. The front clerk wasn't friendly but she wasn't rude, she ust never greeted me or guest and wasn't polite.

ALERT! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Total experience staying at the NITES INN was RUDE owners. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The onwer need to learn how to speak proper to guest. The room was damaged and in need of repair. The door lock is stuck and unable to lock the door when you leave. ALERT!! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I was in room 211, when I arrived at 22:00 the guy in room 210 was sitting outside of the room in a chair smoking and listening to music, I said hello and he just glared at me as if I didn’t belong there. The room was painted in some wild bright colors. The towels and small and thin. The soap could be held in the palm of your hand because it was so small. The furniture was broken and old. The worst part was the shady people walking around in the middle of the night, it looks to me as the hotel houses low income people. I did not feel safe. Next time I will pay more and get a better place.

Property is not appealing but didnt look too bad. My check in was pleasant (the lady who checked me in was nice, smiles, and seemed friendly) I extended my stay for two more nights. It was a different lady who checked me in this time she looked angry and annoyed. Houskeeping: I had the door tag outside stating I wanted my room cleaned. We were still in the room when housekeeping came and asked for her to come back. We lefted the room an hour and a half later (around 1pm). When we returned to the room we found that the room had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and asked for new towels and explained that the Housekeeper did not clean our room. I was told that their Housekeeper do NOT go back to rooms. Lol. Idk. Being that I was a Housekeeper for more than 5 years I have always returned to a guest room when asked to come back later or cleaned an occupied room when they took their "do not disturb" signs off their door.
