Asked for very early check-in, didnt get it. Asked for daily cleaning service and didnt receive that either. Staff was nice and courteous. Rear entrance/ exit card reader inoperable the whole 5 day stay. TV remote didnt work in my room.

Had issues with checking in. 1st room could not get it to open, even having reset keycard twice. 2nd room we were given was already occupied. That will scare the …. Out of anyone! 3rd was finally the winner. The pool was not open which was not listed on the website, Very disappointed.
