The Staff that checked us in went above in beyond . I cannot complain only that Expedia charged me twice and than had to pay again at check in because no payment showed up in the system even though it shows on my account that I was charged a total of 3 times.

WE arrived at about 5pm - and the door to the front office was looked. We waited around for about a half hour, making several phone calls, non of which were answered. We finally went to find another hotel - which was not easy because the whole town of Kllleen was filling up because of a tornado in a neighboring town. I would hope we can get our money back for this.

I have serious concerns about the cleanliness of the property and pest management. As soon as I walk into my room, I see cockroaches. 3 roaches crawling on the walls, 1 roach literally crawling out of the dresser drawers, and a roach or two crawling across the floor.

I went in there to get the room i paid for but that room was getting repairs so they gave me another room which was omg so bad a bed that looked old very squeaky u could see it was a spring bed there was noises coming from refergeraitor but when that thing turned on it would wake me up every time thats how load it was the only good thing was the young guy that help me when i first got there the receptionist i would not go there again sorry

The staff leave after 10pm and don’t come back until 10am and there is no security so the guest were blasting music at all hours and smoking in places they were not allowed to. The room was dirty. I had to move rooms because my nonsmoking room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. The carpets were nasty and old. The bed was cheap and rusted. The bathroom was worn and had mildew all over it. The fridge had rust stains all over it.

Don’t brother

Let me start by saying my first room was dirty. Since I had a late checkin the maintenance man or overnight clerk checked me in, so I waited until the next day to get another room. Doing that night the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud I could barely sleep. The next day Iwhen I went to change my room I went to two different rooms until I finally found a cleaned room. This being said the information that the front desk had for cleaned rooms were wrong. She undoubtedly blamed someone else that worked there. Now this is supposed to be a extended stay. There are no blackout curtains, so as soon as the sun comes up you are up. The beds don’t fit the headboard that is on the wall and neither does the mattress. This place definitely needs new management.

At check-in at 3pm, I was informed my room was not ready. I had to wait until 4:30pm to get into my room. 2 rooms near me, the guests were loud, had a lot of traffic, filled the hallway with the smell of marijuana and went in and out there rooms the entire night slamming doors. I called the front desk around 9:50pm to complain and was asked to call at 10pm when the night shift came on. I called back later that night several times and no one answered. Then that evening one of the lights went out in my room. The attendant came to my room and check the breaker box but couldn't get the light to work. She then moved me to another room. Once i got in that room, the same light was out. It was a horrible stay I will never go back.

Run down and dead bugs on the walls.

The photos they’re using in their ads must be from a long time ago because this place is run down. I booked online. I got there and didn’t want to stay. The walls are thin and there was banging on the ceiling and the walls in the next room. They refused to give me a refund so I chose to stay there instead of going somewhere nicer. It was not good! There were dead bugs stuck to the walls. The walls were dirty. Everything looked old and run down. There were screw holes in most of the walls. The lights are on some weird timer so they turn off every 20-30 minutes. I was taking a bath and had to get out of the bath to turn the lights back on. This happens in the bedroom too. It’s extremely irritating. I really wish I had read the reviews before I booked the place. I just looked at the photos, which in my opinion, is false advertising. This place is at the top of my list for worst hotel stays.

My experience with this hotel would be summed up as Hotel Hell. First, I reached out to see if I could check in between 8a.m. -10 a.m. on Saturday. I sent an email on Tuesday before my arrival. No one responded nor no one answered. We arrived at 9 a.m. and no one was at front desk. Used the phone to call and a man answered informing me that check in is at 3p.m. I called after 11 a m. to see if I can check in early because my family and I drove 9 hours and we're tired. I was told by the morning staff that I couldn't. The elevator smelled of marijuana, we didn't get any washcloths or extra towel. There was no laundry done. The front desk personnel was unprofessional. After we were checked in, there was shouting in the hallway. Someone double booked the same room. The front desk personnel knocked at our door. Also, I was given the wrong key for the room. We were already tired and frustrated. I will never recommend this hotel. I give it a one out of five. I'm being nice.

Hotel is currently under remodel, so lots of areas closed off. Room was very clean, but they forgot to include toilet paper. Had to run downstairs to get a roll. I was very disappointed that room did not have coffee maker. TV was not connected to internet or cable, so could not use. Check in area was not welcoming. Small closed off space, kind of prison like. No lobby to speak of. Must say though, that clerk was very personable.
