"My stay at Hotel Glasgow was great. Everything was clean, the room was plenty spacious for me, I had a great view. Whenever I had a question or needed anything the staff was helpful and if the person I asked didnt have the answer they took the time to find someone who did. One evening I had gone to a concert, was getting back late and there was a staff member checking room cards which I felt was was a nice for hotel security."
"Greeted at reception and checked in quickly and efficiently.
Room very tired and outdated definitely in need of updating however very clean. The heater on the wall barely worked so the room was rather cold and no way of making the room warmer! Shower if a good pressure but temperature fluctuated from very hot to very cold this needs sorting out. Tea and coffee provided and a full length mirror. Lighting a bit 80’s but serviceable. Breakfast good though would have liked it cooked fresh as it was barely warm when served. Though nice choice of breakfast items. Shout out to Doreen - what a lovely lady and all the staff in the restaurant all very obliging and friendly. "
"Overall room was clean however there were crumbs left on bedside table, bed was too hard for our taste, took a long time to fall asleep due to intermittent rumbling outside. Were woken early with road noise. Have stayed in this hotel before and slept better as was a river facing room on a higher floor. "
"The location was great, walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. Room was very clean and staff friendly. The property although in a clean condition is outdated. For those sensitive to noise, be mindful that we can hear people walking in the room above. Also, property sits over two bars/restaurants and on weekends the noise can be loud."
"Two nights stay for work. Loved the size of the room. It has a desk for working at and automatic reclining bed. Just right. Sadly no tea or coffee available in the room."
