"One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. "Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. The property are now ignoring hotels.com and therefore no refund will be issued. Utter madness. I have used this website for many stays over many years. I will not be using again"
