The hotel facility first appears fine since this is a new hotel with relatively nice basic rooms and nice-looking furniture. However, there is lots of room for improvement and a very apparent lack of attention to details and customer service. We didn't have any hot water in the shower in the morning. The staff is badly trained. For example, they don't wipe table, make sure you have every thing you need. We had to constantly ask for something. Breakfast was okay but different parts came at different times with toasts totally cold and a coffee that is really not good. Our dinner was generally okay, but one dish was really not good with more fat than meat. The location and overall facility has potential, but given the service and overall experience, I would not recommend this place to any friend.
