"Back door does not have wheelchair accessible the room when checked, the room had a horrendous smell and the doors are not wheelchair accessible “press the button type of door for easy access” front desk even though visible would not help as the doors were heavy to stay open. The lobby ceiling was dripping and they constantly were mopping it, other than that the carpet cleaners had the hose blocking the door"

"I booked a room for 3 days unfortunately I was unable to call to address that I’d arrive late due to being stuck in a remote area for work. When I arrived they had canceled my reservation even though I prepaid for 3 days! they refused to rebook me a room or refund my prepayment. I had to book a new hotel elsewhere."

"Had to stay there after the puffin inn wouldn't let me check in because my friend didnt have id. It was nice, ill be using it instead of the puffin from now on."
