"The residences are next to the hotel. The area has been renovated nicely and the residences are also beautiful with high quality finishes.
A few negatives:
- no coat hanger
- light switches are not the most convenietly placed

"Very good hotel with lots of staff care. I loved the fresh fruit in the lobby with the oranges in the water… it was such a treat compared to USA hotels. Room was small but cozy and bathrooms were very clean and elegant. LOVED staying there! "

"The price is good. Location good for public transport but ground floor rooms have damp issues. Musty smell. I expect upstairs rooms, especially lthose looking away from main street are much better so best try asking for those rooms if you need a lower cost hotel."

"The staff were amazing. As with most properties, it is the staff that makes the overall vibe. Everyone that we interacted with went above and beyond. Room was lovely and well appointed . I am thoroughly embarrassed that i did not catch everyone's name to thank them personally "
"We stayed here with our 10-year-old grandson for a city break. They upgraded us to a suite, which was very spacious and made life a lot easier for us. Thank you. The service was excellent from the reception through to the bar staff and the waiters. All were pleasant and friendly. I guess some would say the hotel is 'dated' but I prefer to think of it as classical, a step back in time. I would certainly stay here again."
