"The check-in process was seamless and the host was communicative. The property has a lot of character and style, but it is in definite need of upgrades. There was peeling paint on the ceilings and walls and in the claw-foot tub. The toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall and not been repaired, etc. There was garbage just inside the front gate. And some basic amenities would have been welcome. There were no paper towels or napkins in the kitchen, and there was a keurig machine but no pods. "

During our stay, my husband had a health emergency in the middle of the night -- Rafael and Jesus assisted us, sent us with water and an apple juice for the ER, found a wheelchair to assist, and offered their sincere concern. Amazing staff! When we went to check out and that them, Eduardo was exceptional, helpful, and very professional. My husband got excellent care at TTUHSC UMC El Paso, and we were able to enjoy our stay. We will be back - best staff we have encountered in our many travels!!!!"
