"Good hotel but lack of signage as to lobby entrance and check-in desk, I had to ask someone in the parking lot for directions. Also $15.00 + tax is ridiculous when paying $300.00 for a room!"

"From check in to check out this hotel had everything we could’ve wanted. Close to the CN Tower, Arena, Union station, Baseball stadium and plenty of restaurants. The rooms were beautiful, beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the adult pool hours. Everyday for one hour in the am and one hour at night, they make the pool “adults only” which I actually thought was a great idea. My only complaint was 8-9 pm which seemed a little inconvenient for parents. I would think the last hour 9-10 would be a better fit for families. Overall I don’t think I would stay anywhere else. The convenience of this hotel is outstanding. We needed a cab they got one, we needed anything it was taken care of. They even decorated our room for our arrival to help celebrate a birthday we were celebrating. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet it was probably one of the best I’ve had. Parking was easy they offer valet but if your gonna park and not need your car then park it yourself and save half the money. Plenty of parking right there at the hotels lot. Don’t stay anywhere else this place is it !"

"A great two-night stay at the Riu Plaza Toronto. I would not put anybody off booking this hotel as its location, inclusive breakfast which was excellent, free wi-Fi and modern well-maintained rooms offered all that was needed for a city break. The only negative, and this will only frustrate some, was the lack of a kettle and teabags in the room. There was a coffee maker but no filters to make it. Overall though, it was a stay that exceeded expectations."

"Excellent price in comparison to relatively similar accommodations. Great views of the city from the upper levels. Close to transit and many great food options, restaurants and grocery on Bloor. Easy to use laundry in the building, went to the gym a few steps from the laundry room when waiting. Backs onto a small, quiet park. I mostly walked and found it took 10 to 20 minutes to walk get to good food/entertainment options when going south of Bloor street. Convenient location if taking the TTC to/from the airport (45 minutes to about an hour depending on the bus, short walk to the station and only one transfer). Oak House would be at the top of my list if I go back to Toronto."
