"Parking is available but scarce. You could end up with having to park on the streets if you check-in late. There is no clear parking regulations or enforcement. Vehicles were just parked anywhere on the property. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed to spend the night. The water supply pipes were loud when taps were turned on and silent when turned off. Neighbour’s included. This woke me up in the middle of the night. Overall this hotel was very good for the price. I recommend it to anybody wanting to stay in NYC by the LaGuardia Airport."

"I liked that the beds were comfortable I didn’t like if you are on the first floor towards the parking area, you heard all the noise in the back I also didn’t like that, I tried to reserve the room. They told me they didn’t have two queen beds so I then went online and found the same room with the two queen beds $100 cheaper so always go online to book."

"Valet parking very convenient considering this location. Bistro did not open for dinner hours or the complimentary breakfast which was promised for the morning."

"The staff was super helpful, breakfast was a good add on, the rooms were clean, the heat was turned off for the building a bit early but they are an older building and had space heaters for each room and extra blankets. Staff was nice to bring up deliveries if needed and there was nice lemon water available and bottle waters and coffee, the mini fridge was in good condition. It had ample and clean parking. Would stay again!"
