"Location is great as it’s a ways back off the main road. Close to shopping and restaurants. We were allowed to check in early but when we got to our room, the vanity mirror and bathroom fan did not work. Staff was very helpful and offered us an upgrade to a King Suite! It was a corner room so pretty spacious. Shower was wonderful great water pressure and water temp. Bed comfortable and pull out sofa was as well. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Egg “frittata” was a thin flat egg with some kind of seasoning and the edges of the egg yolk was green. Waffles were good and they had bagels, toast, yougurt, etc. juice and coffee as well. The main downside to this hotel in my opinion was the main lobby had a speaker playing music fairly loud during breakfast and the music was not what I would call family friendly. Music is fine just not that loud and maybe not during early breakfast hours. More at check in maybe."
"Comfortable beds, great breakfast, affordable, friendly staff however the rooms still had hair on the bathroom floor and floor was dirty. If your a clean freak bring some Lysol wipes"
"Room was nice , staff wonderful but property outside needed clean and maintained. There are birds next in every vent on outside of building. Inside baseboards, trim, carpet and pool(hair) needs cleaned. Breakfast good. Will stay again. Room great!"
"The jetted tub was everything and I know they wash them because I witnessed it. The balcony overlooking the lake was so relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are only stairs to the second floor and you get an actual key instead of a swipe card. I really just enjoyed the experience."
"The carpeting in the room was dirty and had not been vacuumed. The toilet was plugged up in the morning and we had not really used it. We told the staff when we went downstairs for breakfast and was told that they would unclog it after we checked out (checkout time was two hours away.) I told her that was not acceptable and she came up and plunged the toilet. As she was leaving she said she splashed on the toilet seat but don't worry she wiped it off. I told her that she should have lifted the seat before she plunged and asked her what she used to wipe it down with and she replied toilet paper. We also observed her cleaning up breakfast when it was over and a couple had come down to breakfast right before she started cleaning up and she grabbed everything as fast as she could so they couldn't have anything for breakfast. That was not necessary. And she was not at all friendly or nice. Would not go back to this hotel!"
