"The staff was great, however housekeeping is lacking. We booked a king suite for three nights and our original room was pretty dirty. Brown splatter on the bathroom door and brown splatter in the grout of the bathroom floor and under the vanity. Black mold around the ceiling vent. We did get moved to a different room however it was smaller than our original room. The staff was accommodating as possible, and did move us to a nice very large room our last night. Breakfast was okay. Pool was okay. The only thing outstanding about this place was the front desk staff. "
"So obviously they have been remodeling. The new updated flooring looks so much better. The room we had ; had an old shower with mold. Definitely need to replace the showers! The tub in my room was AWESOME! I loved the lake view . Although during our stay our privacy “fence” broke so we really couldn’t enjoy it the next day. But they did send maintenance pretty fast to fix . Which was great! TVs are small, maybe a little update on TVs too! Staff was nice and friendly. Although they shouldn’t smoke by the lobby door. Further away would be nice. The restaurant was also amazing! The food was really great. I loved the fact there was a restaurant attached to the place. Breakfast was very poor and disappointing . Breakfast hours are little short compared to most places 630am-930am. But there was not many options on breakfast, we ended up going to mc Donald’s for ours. Otherwise, I would definitely come back! "
"I do prefer a nonsmoking area they always say it is but every time I go down the hallway it always smells marijuana when you have children with you it’s really hard to explain the difference "
"Our room was clean and so was the lobby and breakfast area. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room hvac unit worked well but we like to be able to run the fan constantly while sleeping and this system wouldn’t allow us to do so. It was quite warm in the building. Breakfast was decent and somewhat typical eggs with cheese, biscuits and sausage gravy but no meat. Everything seemed fresh. We would definitely stay here again when in the area."
"Bar was fully stocked with great drinks. Staff was nice and the room was spacious and clean. Parking was easy and well lit at night. Beautiful property. Would recommend and stay again. "
