Hampton Inn Kingsland is a popular destination with an excellent staff. Check-in was easy and the room was spotless. We really enjoyed the breakfast with good selections and comfortable seating. The TV in the room is large and the powered window covers are a nice addition. The bed is comfortable and great to sleep on. The location is close to many chain restaurants and is near I-95 without getting the freeway noise. This property is serious about housekeeping and upholding the Hilton standard. Parking is well lit and secure. Very fun time and hope to visit again.

The hotel and staff were accommodating. The room I was in had a very strong smell of mildew and the blinds were difficult to open and close with wall remote. A suggestion for the hotel itself is to have more choices for guests to transport from hotel to dining establishments. Uber wasn't available and the taxi I used only had one driver on duty and it took 24 minutes for them to arrive at hotel.

Subtle differences from the hotel in Morgantown. Less amenities in the bathroom ( no lotion) and the gym was very small. Not a lot of room for more than two-three people. (Elliptical needs oil; it was squeaky.) But my only real issue was at breakfast. It was excellent. But there was no spoon in the almonds. I put a plastic spoon in. If someone had used the spoon from another amenity to get the almonds you could have an allergic reaction. The staff was great and super friendly!!! Overall I would stay there again.

Great Stay
Nice property. Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. Convenient on and off I-95 and didn’t hear a sound of road noise in the room. Only knock is there was someone’s hair roller under the sink vanity way back in the corner. Hard to reach for sure and hard to notice.

Overpriced for experience
They are in the middle of renovation, which is definitely needed, but it won't change the room size. The people working there were very kind and welcoming. I really hope the hotel's makeover helps them out. The room did the job... We just needed a place to sleep on the way to Florida, but we paid way too much for the condition of the room.

Should have been told it was being renovated terrible smell on the third floor the manager was not able to identify what it was. Breakfast ended at 9 too early other Hamptons are 10. Check in was fine women in breakfast are good.

If you have any allergies to dogs or animals, you may want to skip this, Hampton Inn! I was not informed that animals had been in this room and it smelled terrible. I smelled it all night and could not figure out what it was until morning when I saw animals there! I do believe that they should inform you when you make the reservations, and that did not happen other than that the room was neat and clean, other than the smell of dog.

The staff were exceptional. The only negative was that it took a while for the shower to get hot but I believe that was connected to the improvements (construction) being done on the third floor. The upgrades are great.
