"Bed was hard, blanket scratchy, pillow was smushy, and slept terrible. We left at 1030pm to take our daughter back to NIU who we came to visit for the night. No parking. Utility work vehicle and semi parked blocking numerous spots. Had to park in yellow area in front of a fire hydrant. The front office lady Brenda offered her spot. Very generous. I left it for other guest circling around building like myself. Nice breakfast and very clean establishment."
"Would easily stay here again! Were in the area for a family gathering & wanted to be near the activities. The hotel staff was top notch, friendly, accommodating, helpful & went above & beyond. The room we selected was just what we needed. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast (literally something for everyone) & all-day coffee & tea bar. Hotel was clean & comfy. Family friendly. Grocery store down the street, local to a “downtown” area for restaurants, bars, etc, "
"The property was neat and clean.
Your staff is was made it so special. The entire staff was friendly and willing to help with anything. When you passed a staff member in the halls, they made it a point to say hello. We will be keeping the Courtyard Marriott as a favorite place to meet and stay with friends. Thank you for the great service.
