Was in town for wedding and selected this hotel because it was close to the wedding venue. Reserved two rooms for my family. Window in one of the rooms would not close and lock. Hot water was warm at best. Outside grounds were not maintained. Room itself was clean. The beds were new and comfortable to sleep on. Several diners in town to get breakfast.

This property should not even continue to be called a « hôtel ». It’s a dump… And it’s clearly not up to the standards Expedia should have with it’s costumers. I rented 3 rooms and everyone was VERY disappointed…

Not able to take a shower and shave. I work for the military and don’t have time for this kind of crap. Don’t rent rooms that don’t have got water! $170 to sleep 4.5 hours with no bathing. GOV employees and military stay away from this place!!

Less than average

Did not like checking in as there was no one anywhere around. I walked around to look for someone & eventually called out & someone appears. It was a bit unsettling traveling by myself to come to an empty, less than welcoming hotel. Minor detail, but like I said it was desolate. I was uncomfortable with the location as well as the hotel is next to a car lot. No restaurants near by or any amenities…had to find my way into Kingston at night to get a cup of coffee. The hotel itself is in need of care as most things, lobby, pool area, door entries are in disrepair.

Room smell of cigarette even though non smoking room. No breakfast when ask for it because of covid-19. We are two years already covid should not be excuse for anything. Bath room condition is bad. Towel are old not clean for this price standard.

This is a Low Quality Hotel. The room was not clean - there was leftover food in the fridge. Dirty carpets. The shower had almost no pressure at all. The restaurant was closed. There were only 3 towels in the room and when we asked for more, we were told to wait until morning, and then we only were allowed two more. There were no towels in the pool area. The surrounding area in the parking lot was covered in weeds. This is not a place where you want to take your family; this is strictly a hotel for short afternon stays.

Room was fine. On the stairway leading to my room several of the bolts holding the railing to the wall were missing making the rails wobbly. Also there were several spider webs in the stairwell suggesting no one had cleaned it in some time. Lastly the section where I parked had not seen a landscaper in some time. Grass overgrown, weeds and the bushes needed trimming. Gave that section an abandoned feel. Lastly the restaurant attached to the hotel was closed yet they still had a menu for it in the book in the room . Small things but details lie these can make a big impression

The hotel seems like they are understaffed and don’t have time to take care of it. The pool didn’t even have lights on overhead, I had to ask the guy behind the desk to turn them on. He explained he had just been so busy he had not thought. The tub in my room looked like someone mixed cement and spilled it in the tub. You could try scratching it off with your fingernail. There was red mold on the floor in the bathroom. What little water pressure in the showers was made up for with pressure in the sink. I mean, it was a decent priced hotel by the highway. What else are you expecting?

Where do I start? This property was horrible. We got there a little bit early (1:30)and we were told check in wasn't til 2. The rude woman checked us in anyways. The restaurant and bar were not opened. Apparently,, it closed in 2020 and never reopened. That is why we booked there. The woman didn't care. Other issues.... coffee maker in room didn't work, lobby coffee maker made coffee but wasn't hot.. no hot water for tea.. woke up to ants on the bed this morning. No tub stopper in bath tub. No secure internet. Extremely disappointing when you pay for amenities that aren't available.

Filthy, outdated, broken down hotel. Staff don’t care and don’t respond. Dark, unlit lobby smells. Room is filthy dirty…stained walls, filthy furniture and phone. Stained toilet. Shower liner separating from base…like you’re standing on a sponge. No towels. No coffee in room and lobby coffee maker is broken and filthy. Window not shut or locked on main level, screen broken. Curtains half off the rod. Blood stain and. Bug found on sheets. No fridge in room. Was told there is no food at hotel and ‘go to the gas station down the street’ by the front desk staff. Key card deactivated first night so couldn’t get back in. Phone in room filthy dirty, not labelled (ie. push 1 for lobby), looked like a relic from 1970s and didn’t work - calling desk from your cell is a waste of time, they don’t answer and when you walk to lobby they say they are busy. Witnesses many guests complaining at front desk during stay. The hotel lobby is so dark from the parking lot it looks permanently closed. Smoke detector light flashed during the night repeatedly but no noise from it. Tv didn’t work. Heat and Air did not work - I’ve never seen a thermostat so filthy dirty and worn out from use…didn’t work anyway.

Rhinebeck trip

The property was unkept, weeds in the landscaping and the rooms were very dated. Bathroom door didn't shut all the way. The shower did not work very well, the water barely came out and was not very warm.

We arrived in the room to find stains on the carpet, a disgusting smell in the air, filthy vents and Just an overall lack of care to the room. We didn’t stay and asked for a full refund. We will never go back.

The place was ok for sleeping only. No food, ice ,Restaurant as indicated in the website. Crumbs behind my bed. Cobwebs on the stairs, moldy smell and a dried up fountain under stairs in the foyer. Place needed vacuuming and new carpeting. No elevator to take your luggage up the stairs to your room. Loose railing and it didn’t help for support as you carried your luggage. Over priced for a two night stay-$400 . No frig
