I had a great experience at the Pegasus Hotel it was great the room was amazing. The only little situation was the bathroom door didn't have a lock and was hard to close but other than that eveything and the staff were amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Great room, great staff. Breakfast was excellent. On the other hand the television network is very poor. We are in 2026, cable TV with few channels : no no. Please get some smart TV connected to the internet where client can continue looking at Netflix, youtube etc.....

The room was good and the staff was professional, polite, and helpful. The food was ok and could have been better. The service in the dining room and by the pool could have been better. It took time to just bring us drinks so maybe staffing can be accommodated around the holiday time. Other than that I had a good time.
