Perfect for family trip

The suite with additional living area is perfect for a family weekend trip because that space is perfect for the kids. Room is spacious enough to being all the gear in.

The hotel canceled our reservations and they were sold out for the night!! Terrible customer service on both the establishment side and hotels.com customer service. After an hour on the phone they refused to credit the visit and then the hotels.com representative finally said she would credit…..but I never received an email confirmation!!

Property all around was nice with the exception of some issues related I’m guessing to remodeling (i.e. constant leak in shower Rm 108 creating unsafe, wet floors in bathroom, elevator out of op for 1-2 days, etc). But outstanding praise goes to staff who never failed to be kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating!
