Wir mussten zweimal darauf bestehen dass das Zimmer richtig gereinigt wird, da bei der üblichen Reinigung das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde. Die bettbezuge waren bei Ankunft dreckig. "We requested a quiet room during our stay, but unfortunately we were given a room right next to the bars. The noise late into the night made it very difficult to relax and get proper sleep. This was especially disappointing since we specifically mentioned wanting a quiet room in advance. The hotel itself was nice, but the room placement really affected our overall experience. I hope the staff pays more attention to guest requests in the future."

"Superior room in Block 4 overlooking main pool was a nice size, nic big walk in shower and the bed as confy enough. Room was cleaned and bed remade each day. Bar Staff were friendly and the entertainmnet did a good job of getting everyone included in nightime entertainment. All inclusive food & drinks were good.
