"The tv was broke in the room so we couldn’t watch tv. The floors were in okay condition but they are heavily soiled and gives the room a not so clean feel. I would like to suggest making all of the floors hardwood floors. This was if guests spill things it could easily be mopped. I would also suggest keeping your rates the same after any upgrades. Raising then prices because you made the floors decent, or did any thing else to ensure a decent stay for your guests makes the guests not want to stay as much. We feel like okay, you fixed the floor but raised the prices not cool. One of the reasons guest stay at this particular location is because of the prices. While competitors are charging outlandish prices, we are looking at Nations Inn like a reasonably priced place that isn’t trying to take advantage of the customers and care about offering services at a price everyone can afford."
