"Had another amazing stay. Staff hotel facilities all 2nd to none. Rooms are spacious & spotlessly clean. My only grip is the pillows. They are way to hard for me. I personally prefer a soft pillow but would not let this deter me from returning. "

"The lobby area is confusing and not really suitable for relaxation. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Lift flooring needs upgrading."
