"Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!"

"Communication before our arrival was excellent. Getting into the property no problem. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very well equipped with everything that we needed. Great to have a small supermarket next door. The minor issue for us was having only one parking space per apartment although there was a lot of on street parking available. Would definitely stay again."

"The room had a full kitchenette and a little sitting area with a little fireplace ,the bathroom was small but functional, the staff were great, and the area was so close to transit, shops, restaurants and pubs. I would definitely stay here again"

"The property was in a lovely location and handy for local amenities! Very quiet and lovely to sit outside and listen to the bagpipes on a morning! The only down side was the drive down to the property and the potholes if they were filled in it would have been a much easier drive in and out. "

"The staff from reception desk to restaurant/bar to housekeeping were all excellent, helpful, friendly during my whole stay. Two key staff were brilliant, Anton - he was friendly, approachable and gave hints and tips of places to see and go as a newbie in Glasgow. Also, the lady (sorry forgot her name) who accommodated me with a conference room for my job interview. "

"This is the best hotel in our trip to Glasgow. Room is clean and spacious. Bathroom is excellent. The stay was extremely comfortable. The only thing is the slow lift that took forever to come to the floor due to the small size and the large numbers of guests in the hotel. Overall, it’s highly recommended. "

"Stay in hotel was very pleasant ,room was a bit on the dark side, mini bar was a nice surprise,bathroom was spotless but missed walk in shower,i think you need a joiner to check hinges in mini bar doors not working properly thats not to say all rooms are the same as room 205, wuold use hotel again."
