"Kelso is lovely and the hotel was lovely also. Had the honeymoon suite but had kids above us running about all night when we were told kids shouldn’t be in there and weren’t booked in. Kind of ruined it as we didn’t manage much sleep at all because of it "

"Lovely cosy room and huge bathroom. Unfortunately both windows looked out onto a wall but that can’t be helped. Radiator worked well! The TV picture wasn’t particularly good but I tend to listen more than watch so it wasn’t the end of the world. The tv remote also needed more batteries. I told the staff of these things when I checked out. Breakfast was good although the times of 8am-9am were a little restrictive and I did feel rushed to depart by 10am. However, food was good, atmosphere was great and I’d stay there again"
