"Great staff, close to Waverly train station. Early check in and welcome drink was especially nice. Would stay here again for certain."

"Overall service and quality were excellent! Breakfast buffet was well maintained and plentiful. Would recommend ordering from menu though for best quality. Room was spotless, bathroom cleaned daily, towels were oversized and plentiful. Only issue with entire stay would be the lack of ventilation. Upon arrival temps in the upper 70s(F) small table fan and open windows without screens only option for comfort. Little noisy in the mornings with open windows.Rooms and hallways were stuffy as a result of higher temperatures- but assuming that hotel cannot control global warming! Bottom line, staff was attentive and friendly, location was incredible, breakfast was delicious and rooms were comfortable outside of temperature."

"Good property. No real complaints. Everything was clean and comfy. Tap was missing a part which caused it to splash everywhere and make a mess. No big deal, it's a bathroom. Upgraded to the suite, plenty of space. House wines are actually drinkable. Concierge friendly and useful Good location for accessing castle etc, obviously a bit noisy Fri/Sat/Sunday but nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't block. Not swanky, but doesn't fall down anywhere either."

"I went with the bunk bed room despite being a solo traveller and was apprehensive cause I just needed a single but the bottom bunk had a little lamp and curtain so at the end of the night it felt like I was being wrapped up in a little nest - bedding so good I didn’t like my bed at home when I went back 😂"
