"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"This was an endearing quirky hotel with great staff but marred by soggy fish (chips were good) and a tasteless beef burger. It was a shame as it otherwise has lots of appeal."

"Room was spacious. Breakfast room staffer (older gentleman) was enthusiastic and helpful. On our second day he remembered us and came over as soon as we were seated to say he had already requested my husband's gluten free toast before we even asked. Lots of breakfast options, gluten free toast available on request and is made separately in the kitchen so there is no risk of cross contamination using the communal toaster. Had a great hot stone massage at the spa. Only downfall was limited parking. We arrived for check in around 9:30 pm and the lot was completely full except for 1 EV charger spot. The lady at the front desk directed us to a public pay-parking lot several blocks away (which we later discovered has signs saying no overnight parking). She asked us if there were any of the charger spots left and we said yes, there was 1, and she told us to park there. So we did get a parking spot on the grounds, then made sure we were back to the hotel early every evening after that so we could get a spot."

"High end boutique hotel with very comfortable beds and great amenities like the pantry with free snacks all day and a delicious cake served in the afternoon. We loved the decor all over the hotel!! Free parking and an easy walk to downtown Pitlochry. Only thing to keep in mind is the walk back up the hill to the hotel if you’re not in shape. Great breakfast in their beautiful restaurant and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in."

"The room was lovely and spacious and the garden rooms are very dog friendly. It was great having direct access to the outside from the room for our dog and she loved the large grounds. It's very handy having a fridge in the room and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and attentive. This was our 2nd time here and we'll be back."
