"Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I booked this apartment a week in advance, but on the day of check-in, at around 5 pm, I was suddenly told that they were overbooked and that my apartment was no longer available. The worst part is that I was the one who contacted them asking for check-in instructions. Top Kirovo Hotel Reviews

Hotel Kazakhstan

Hotel Kazakhstan

8/10 Good
"Reception staff were brilliant. They gave us a fantastic 2 bedroom suite. The hotel itself is really beautiful. Some places rate it 4 star and some 5 but I would definitely say it’s more towards 5 star. Water in the shower was not very hot and water pressure was weak. Room was quite chilly at night. Breakfast was plentiful but not much we actually liked as a western family. Maybe aimed more towards Chinese people. These are all minor issues and I would definitely stay here again."
