"We had a very nice stay. It would have been five stars but the shower needs work. The shower head could be better, especially with such soft water. There are many nice shower heads with good water savings or maybe a hand held sprayer. The shower control knob had no stop on it and was very tired looking. "We as that our room and my daughter’s room be located close to one another so we could help with grandkids. The front desk clerk said night clerk assigned rooms the night before check in. We were early arrivals so a lot of people hadn’t checked in so they could have changed room assignments m. We ended up as far apart as physically possible. Another complaint was the breakfast was not refreshed, everything was nearly gone by eight o’clock and didn’t seem to be adding anything after it was gone....

"So this being right in the middle of the downtown area it does have a business feel to it. Everything was well up to date. Bed was super comfy with very nice linens. "The room was clean, & there were lots of towels. There was cable tv, but there wasn’t a channel guide! So I spent about 30 minutes looking for something to watch. Then I had to write down the channel names & numbers so I wouldn’t forget. Also, I was traveling alone & woke to someone snoring about 1:15 a.m. I turned on the lights & looked around the room; I finally realized that I could here the person next door snoring through the walls.
