"The hotel was exact as pictures show. Clean & modern. But what they don't tell you is how outskirt it is from the city centre. It's in a location where you can rarely find a taxi. They haven't updated their location on google maps. We got lost 3 times in the night trying to get back to the hotel because of the inaccurate location. "This was such a wonderful hotel. We stayed here for two nights and then back on our last night before flying home. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They had such a great personality and made us feel so safe and welcomed. The breakfast was lovely and everything was so clean and organized. AC was great and needed in this weather! I cannot express the ideal location this hotel is. They are a stone's throw away from Old Sarajevo where all fun restaurants and bars are as well as shopping. It is also walking distance from the cable car ride and Yellow fortress. The staff got up with us at 3:40am to drive us to the airport while still teaching us facts about the city. STAY HERE!"
