"We greatly enjoyed our stay. The staff was polite, helpful and attentive. The grounds and units were clean and well maintained. The AC, water and electricity were 100% reliable. The restaurant served excellent food at drinks at reasonable prices (that is, there was no exorbitant resort markup; the prices were similar to what we pay at similar quality restaurants in the Accra area). Although the seawall prevented both direct surf views from our porch and easy access to the water, there was an open beach area only a 5 minute walk away where we could dip our toes and watch the waves. I recall that this was clear after a close review of their listing; anyway we knew about this issue ahead of time. (Note - the beaches along this part of the Ghana coast are generally not swimmable due to rip tides and hidden rocks). "
"Situated at a nice and peaceful area in Sekondi, the lodge has a great compound and a nice environment. The restaurant serves good food, although waiting times were quite long (we were informed everything is prepared freshly). I was looking forward to the sea view, but unfortunately the beach front was a little underwhelming. Regardless, I still liked my stay. Internet connectivity in rooms was horrible, and I wasn't able to connect to the WiFi throughout my stay. Although there is some connectivity when sitting outside. The check-in process was not as smooth, as we had to wait at the reception for about 10 minutes and had the staff checking our reservation. You would expect staff to be aware of all check-ins for the day to make the process as smooth as possible when visitors arrive. The rooms were neat and had clean running water, although my only concerns were with the lighting. Not all lights in the room and the bathroom worked. And lastly, if you're not driving, you may want to have the contact of a taxi driver who would be able to come fetch you if you wanted to head into town, as public transport rarely came to that side and Uber is nonexistent."
"Yes good breakfast on the beach. Pool was nice . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort had a lovely ambience and beautiful surroundings, turkeys , morning birds for the flowers , variety of trees , etc. Beach is not ideal for swimming but one can access a nearby beach next door.
Driver accomodation was a bit expensive. "
"I hotel was well kept.
Clean and welcoming.
The location on the beach is ideal if you want to relax and fall asleep to the ocean sounds.
I will definitely stay there again when I am in the region."
"I liked the 6 mile proximity to Kakum National Park. It was quiet and restful though on a moderately busy road. The food was tasty.
The room was furnished in an elegant and artistic manner.
The pool was spacious and clean."
