"First day key didn’t open door, have to go to the lobby twice then give me another room on first floor then water wasn’t working the next day.. then I have some extra charges on my card that don’t know for what it is.. so can someone email me receipt for the other charges please."

"The Good: Staff was very friendly and pretty helpful...plenty of parking and property is very well lit at night...room was large and had a couch and fridge and microwave and cabinets for food/supplies... lota of countertop space ..bed was large, clean and comfortable...shower had awesome water pressure and plenty of hot water...plenty of ice and easy to get...pool area was nice with plenty of seats and loungers...water wasn't cold but wasn't super warm...bakery right in front... restaurants and grocery within walking distance...Walmart close by. tons of restaurants close by... The Marginal: pillows and towels were sparce and hard to get more...furnishings and lighting in the room were worn...bathroom was clean but well-worn...no curtains over the window...just large white blinds...so room was lit all night ...AC cooled well but was loud...common areas need thorough cleaning...as does pool and pool deck...location is hard to get to...left turn across 3 lanes of traffic with no light... Overall, for $60 a night it is acceptable...some good things and some things that left us frustrated...we stayed 2 nights as per our plan... but would have gone somewhere else if we were staying longer..."

"No soap in the room, called staff multiple times and never received an answer. Towels were dirty and we had to go buy our own. The room looked like had never been clean and we did not get the room with the bed we payed for. Would love and appreciate a refund."

"The online pictures of the building outside are deceiving. Inside the rooms are not only dirty and shabby but also unsafe. There were no smoke alarms on the walls in either room we were in. The door in the second room would not fully latch without applying a lot of pressure, even then it could be pushed open from outside. There was no inside security latch. We wound up pushing the dresser up against the door overnight. This was the third time we asked the manager to relocate us. The first time the room not only smelled musty and mildewy but also the sheets on the bed looked used and there was a used condom in the wastebasket! The manager didn't seem to grasp the horror of finding this in our room. The second room she showed us stunk of cigarette smoke. She was visibly unhappy about it but took us to a third room. It smelled better and there was no condom so we accepted. It wasn't until later that the problem with the door was discovered. We were in town for a short time to visit friends, it was late in the day. The situation forced us to accept the normally unacceptable. We went to a family dollar store that night after the visit with our friends and bought pillows and bedding to put on the beds. We didn't use the towels and wore our shoes when walking on the floor. I didn't even want to know what the smears and splatters on the bathroom walls were! Words are inadequate to describe how completely disgusting this place was. I've actually run out of space here to describe it."
