Good location and big clean rooms. I think the dining and food options were limited for an 5 star hotel and the amount of staff at the bar could be better so service was slow. Friendly and approachable staff. Overall very good

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly book it again for our next visit to Budapest. The location is ideal—right in a vibrant square full of energy, yet the rooms are surprisingly quiet, providing the perfect retreat after a full day of exploring the city. One of the highlights for us was discovering that we were within walking distance of the Szabó Ervin Library, a must-see that had been on my to-do list for a long time. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. We also enjoyed some downtime at the pool table, which added a fun, relaxing touch to our evenings. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable—so much so that I asked for the brand details so we could recreate the experience at home. Overall, the hotel offered the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended!
