"Stayed in two rooms. Rooms were nice and spacious, bar and restaurant provided good service. We are a family of 8, but they only provided 2 towels per room, and even when asked for more towels/shampoo/bath wash, none were provided. Advertised that a gym was available, but the reception will give you a voucher to go a country club several miles away. Good or bad depending on how you look at it. Beyond that, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and my sleep was sound."

"It was a very clean place. I did not like the extra charge for having guest stay in the extra bedroom since I was paying for the whole suite. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent. Had stove and fridge so I did cook on days I wanted something different. Not much I didn't like about this place. Had a good stay. Iwas there for 7 days and it was worth every penny."

"The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but...
