"This is a beautiful property with unique, rustic design situated in the middle of the village, definitely off the beaten path! Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appart'hôtel. Tout allait bien jusqu’au dernier jour. Ayant un vol tardif (22h35), nous avons demandé à garder la chambre un peu plus longtemps, ce que le personnel a accepté. "Rooms had no towels or drinking water when we arrived at this local Swahili-style accommodation. When given bathroom towels we were told to use the same towels for the beach. That night we kindly enquired if they would prepare a whole fish for us if we were to buy from the beach and we were rudely told no. Same rudeness again the next morning when I asked them to cut a fresh pineapple at breakfast. If this is their policy, no problem, but no need to speak badly. We packed our bags at

"We stayed at Simba for 4 days and our time there was so great. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious (we ate breakfast there every morning and dinner there every night). The pool was well used by my three kiddos and the lounge chairs were a nice touch next to the pool.
We would definitely stay here again!

"The staff here are absolutely wonderful, the service is fantastic, the room was perfect and my stay was relaxing!
This is the place to stay if you just want 100% downtime and quiet. I had planned a very ambitious and busy stay in Stone Town following my stay here, so I wanted this portion of my trip to be relaxed. I couldn't have chosen a better place for peace and quiet. The premises is really pretty and I walked around a lot, seeing Red Colobus and Blue Sykes Monkeys and petting the various cats. In the evening, the air smells incredible . There isn't much of an ocean beach area, but there is a long floating pier that is nice to walk out on and the pool is kept beautifully. This is a small boutique hotel and there were only 4 other people there when I stayed, which contributed to the quiet. I did not take advantage of the spa services while I was there and can't review it. "

"This is my second time staying at Meliá, and it won’t be my last. It’s not only because the hotel and grounds are beautiful. It’s the staff, they are exceptional, they’re the most friendly, smiley, professional and provide amazing service. Every room is cleaned twice a day and I’ve left valuables lying around and everything has always been safe.
My only complaint this time was that there was no working light in the shower but other than that everything was 10/10."

I had an unforgettable honeymoon at Mora Resort Zanzibar. The room was comfortable and beautifully maintained, providing a perfect retreat. The beach was pristine with clean white sand, and the clear sea water made for stunning views and relaxing swims. The customer service was absolutely top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. The dining options across all the restaurants were fantastic, offering delicious food with a variety of choices. But what I loved most were the breathtaking views of the beach that made every moment even more special. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience, and I highly recommend Mora Resort Zanzibar for a romantic getaway.
